At TWWI, Team Programmes are part of a sensitive and enlightened work culture, that build skills and bring teams up-to-date with the rapid changes happening in their industry. Training is a crucial investment that begins from the induction stage of a TWWI-an and keeps teams in-sync.
Why we train
We believe that accurate training increases productivity, maintains standards, improves staff morale and sustains growth. We realize that our highly skilled work force needs to develop knowledge skills quickly and efficiently in order to be effective and competitive from day one. Learning and knowledge have enterprise-wide implications and are aligned consistently to business goals. A multi-faceted approach to learning and development keeps every one on their toes and prevents inertia.
How we train
We regularly develop and revisit competency roadmaps for our teams to recognise the path, skills and time to be invested for a successful cycle.
New recruits go through an intensive Induction Programme that introduces them to our corporate work culture and the job skills they need to shape. Employees are regularly re-skilled and cross trained to take forward TWWI's multi-faceted global services in education. We continually identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and offer job-specific training that help our staff grow at professional and personal levels.
What happens
Experiential learning, instructor-led sessions, lots of role play and hands-on courses, help build team energy and widen perspectives on personal development. Every task is assessed and charts individual productivity and potential. New strategies and approaches are debated and blueprinted at training time, for future core work activities.
The idea is to build team leaders with a global vision. Tomorrow's strategies for today's success.
