Mahalingam Vaidyanadhan

Chief Operating Officer

With over 22 years of work experience especially in software and delivery management in the IT and ITES segment, 'Mali' - as he is popularly known - brings together extensive national and international work experience. Prior to joining TWWI, Mali was associated with iGATE Global Solutions Ltd, servicing the US market extensively.

A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, he takes care of the day-to-day functioning of the Indian operations, efficiently deploys human and capital resources, and monitors production and delivery.

Introducing and institutionalizing the best organizational practices, he builds high performance teams to deliver exceptional quality standards.

V. Rameshwar

Chief Quality Officer

With close to 20 years experience in marketing, operations and quality management in financial services and IT industries, He is also a quality practitioner with a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Prior to joining TWWI, he was associated with iGATE Global Solutions Ltd.

Rameshwar oversees content development, and streamlining functions of talent acquisition at TWWI. He constantly introspects, and innovates strategies and solutions through Socratic-styled learning systems.

Rhamaa K. Moorthy

Financial Controller

Primarily in the financial services industry. Rhamaa brings together 18 years of experience in budgeting controls and accounting functions. She has a post graduate degree in law.

She has been pivotal in managing all the legal and financial functions at TWWI.

R. Chakrapani

Chief Administration Officer

Brings over 40 years of experience in software, precision, heavy engineering industries and process industries. He is a Mechanical Engineer, with specialization in engineering design and managing engineering projects. He also holds an AMIE degree.

Chakrapani takes care of the infrastructure, quality audit standards, project management and all procurement activities at TWWI.
